3D Occlusal Splint

Harnessing advanced 3D printing, we offer custom-made occlusal splints designed to improve jaw alignment and alleviate TMJ/TMD symptoms.

The process of creating a 3D occlusal splint involves:

  1. Digital Scanning or Impressions: Capturing the patient's precise dental anatomy through digital scans or traditional impressions.

  2. Digital Design: Using dental CAD software, we design the occlusal splint, incorporating the patient's bite alignment and dentist instructions.

  3. 3D Printing: The approved design is sent to a 3D printer, which builds the splint layer by layer using biocompatible KeyPrint resin.

  4. Post-processing: After printing, the splint undergoes cleaning, curing, and polishing to ensure optimal fit and comfort.

This digital process results in a highly accurate, comfortable, and durable appliance. It also allows for rapid production and easy reproduction if a replacement is needed.
